Capt. Avtar Singh (Retd. Indian Air Force, Ex-chief Flying Instructor) is a seasoned aviator with extensive experience in both military and commercial aviation. Having flown a wide range of aircraft and operated under diverse flying conditions, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his current roles as an instructor at STAR AVIATION LTD. Capt.
